Railway Empire, released on PC /
Windows, is an economic strategy game. The title was developed by veterans in this genre, Gaming Minds, that also
created games such as, e.g. Patrician IV: Conquest by Trade and Grand Ages: Medieval.

Railway Empire is set
in the United States and the starting point is in the year 1830. Our goal is to create a railway empire and eliminate
our competition. The game spans throughout many years allowing us to even play in the 20th century.

Railway
Empire, released on PC / Windows, is a classic economic strategy game – that means that the game revolves around
developing our company and finding a balance between the incomes and expenses. Our responsibilities are: creating new
railways, buying and upgrading trains as well as transporting people and goods. We also need to invest in train
stations, buildings in which we can repair our vehicles, factories and even tourist attractions for passengers.

There are more than forty types of trains and during the game we can use more than three hundred various technologies
that are divided into five historical periods. With The increasing level of technologies used by the American society
has an impact on the market, which forces us to adapt to new business elements.

The competition, controlled
by AI, keeps the game interesting. We can play with maximum of three other companies, although the less experienced
players can set their game to have one or two rivals. The fight for keeping our position on the market is not only
limited to business. We can sabotage other players by using bandits and spies.

We can play in campaign,
separate scenarios that offers specific challenges or in a free mode where we can develop our business without any goals
imposed on us.

Tycoons, With the newly released patch 1.1.2 for Railway Empire, we are bringing
several community requested features, improvements and bug fixes to the game. Thanks to your continuous support, we are
able to keep Railway Empire on the right track!

The patch contains the following content:

features
A new scenario! (Region: South, 1850) has been added!
Love is in the air with the new free scenario
for Railway Empire! Rhett Butler is trying to impress his beloved Scarlett O’Hara (who, as chance would have it,
is also a successful railway tycoon), by delivering gifts to her respective whereabouts.
But are those truly hearts
in his eyes, or are they dollar signs...?
We have added a new info mode for the usage and utilization of trains.
Select the i-Option on the upper left screen (Controller: action menu)
Hotkeys added to PC version. See the
updated in-game manual for details.
Supply towers can now be placed upon signals (these signals will be deleted)
Express trains are now characterized by an icon in the menus (lightning bolt)
Sound effects have been added for
the unlocking animation of new chapters in the campaign screen
We have added better feedback after winning the
campaign related to the ending dialog
New audio/volume slider for AI opponents has been added
The game now
memorizes the last used science diagram and science field
Now the game remembers your last scroll-position in the
tech-tree to make the player not scroll constantly starting from the first locomotive on.
A new button tip has been
added and will be shown close to the task list symbol, if a task has to be fulfilled in the next 3 months
